We are hiring ? My client in Stellenbosch is looking for an strong financial administrator for a temporary contract to join their financial team. Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to: ?? Creditors Clerk will be responsible for a portfolio of creditor accounts. ? Ensure all supplier invoices have supporting order and delivery documentation ? Processing of creditor invoices on Navision ? Manage creditor accounts and ensure payment of outstanding invoices. ? Keep record of all communication with creditors. ? Resolve all problems pertaining to purchase orders, invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally to progress any problems that are being handled in any other department. ? Complete monthly creditor reconciliations. ? Reports to Management relevant to a portfolio of creditor accounts. ? Keep accurate, up to date, record of all invoices, delivery notes and other relevant documentation and communication with creditors.
