Salon Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: · Prepare hair stylist stations. · Shampoo hair. · Apply colors. · Sweep floors in between services. · Clean workstations in between services. · Clean sinks in between clients. · Maintain a supply of clean towels and capes. · Maintains service quality by following the standards of the salon. · Build lasting relationships with clients. · Clean and sterilize scissors, combs, clippers, and other instruments. · Provide other assistance as necessary. · Communicate with our clients in a dignified manner and always treat them with respect.
